In line with its mandate, the Agency continues to inaugurate Audit
Committees for Covered Entities (CoEs). The Director-General inaugurated the Audit Committee (AC) of the Ghana Scholarship secretariat as stipulated by the Public Financial Management Act 2016 (Act 921) on 30th March 2021. The DG also inaugurated the Audit Committee of the Ghana Publishing Company (GPC) Ltd on 31st March 2021.
Members were charged by the Director-General to support their institutions to put in place control systems to reduce infractions and ensure value for money.
