The Internal Audit Report Review Panel met with 3 Institutions on 19th July, 2022 to discuss issues raised in their 1st Quarter Internal Audit Reports.
The institutions are:
- a) Assin South Municipal Assembly
- b) Ghana Health Service (GHS)
- c) Ministry of Youth and Sports
On 20th July, 2022, the Review Panel met with Management of the Pharmacy Council and Okaikwei North Municipal Assembly to deliberate on audit observations made in their Institution’s 1st Quarter 2022 Internal Audit Report. The meeting with the Okaikwei North Municipal Assembly was rescheduled to 24th August, 2022 due to the absence of key Management Personnel.
