The District Accountability Index (DAI) Project is being undertaken by the Internal Audit Agency in collaboration with the Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana). To increase knowledge and understanding of the concept, the two institutions held zonal meetings last week in the Northern and Southern zones. On 20th December, 2022, the southern zonal meeting was held at the CDD-Ghana office.
The meeting discussed the methodology and framework for creating the index. Participants also made suggestions on its improvement. Mr. Benjamin Adjetey, Director, Technical, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (TRME) and Mr. Henry Sain, a Manager in the TRME Division represented the Agency at the meeting.
