The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Directorate facilitated a training and capacity building programme for Staff of the Public Sector Reform Secretariat (PSRS) in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
The purpose of the training was to build the capacity of the Secretariat’s Risk Management Committee to assist the Chief Director to ensure that policies, internal controls and procedures are in place to create appropriate culture and systems, which include processes for risk management planning, identification, analysis, monitoring and control in a consistent manner.
The training was also meant to build participants’ capacity to enable them deliver and manage risks in the Secretariat effectively.
The training programme took place from 13th – 18th February, 2023 at Cape Coast.
Mr. Senanu Mensah, a Deputy-Director and Mr. Quatada Nashiru Mohammed, a Senior Audit Manager of the Agency facilitated the training and were supported by Mr. Emmanuel Charles Crabbe.
