The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Directorate facilitated an orientation programme for Board and Audit Committee Members of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
The training programme was opened by Dr. Ishmael Ackah, the Executive Secretary of the Commission on behalf of the Board Chairman on 29th June 2023.
The purpose of the programme was to orient the Commission’s Board members to acquire the requisite knowledge in risk management. The programme was also meant to equip Board Members with the requisite skills and competencies to help them oversee the establishment of an effective risk management system.
The two-day programme took place from 29th – 30th June 2023 at the conference room of Accra City Hotel.
