The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Directorate facilitated a training and capacity building programme for Staff of the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly (TNMA) in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
The training programme was opened on 16th October 2023 by Mr. Haruna Ahmed Boffour, the Municipal Coordinating Director on behalf of the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Benjamin Kessie.
The purpose of the training was to assist Management to establish an effective system of risk management for the Assembly.
The four-day training programme took place from 16th – 20th October 2023 at the Assembly’s conference room.
