On 14th, February, 2023, a team from the USAID paid a courtesy call on the Agency to familiarize themselves with activities of the Agency, its strategic objective and to seek areas of collaboration and support. The four-member team was led by Jason Smith, a Director of the Democracy, Rights and Governance Office of USAID, Ghana.
 Dr. Osae briefed the team on the Agencies activities and its principle to improve control systems and ensure their functionality for the natural flow of accountability. He touched on a number of areas the Agency would need support.
