On behalf of the Director-General of IAA, Mr. Thomas A. Thompson-Aryee, the Deputy Director in charge of On-Site Support, Mr. Gyekye-Mensah, virtually inaugurated the Audit Committees of Koforidua Technical University and Al-Faruq College of Education on 4th June and 8th June 2026 respectively.
At the inauguration of Koforidua Technical University, Mr. Ansu Yeboah was appointed as the Chairperson of the committee. In his address, he expressed appreciation for the nomination and called upon his colleagues to contribute their collective expertise toward the advancement of the College and the national interest.
On behalf of the Director-General, Mr. Gyekye Mensah extended congratulations to the newly sworn in members. He provided a comprehensive overview of the Committee’s mandate, specifically outlining expectations for rigorous reporting standards and emphasizing the members’ responsibility to serve with diligence to ensure the protection and efficient management of government resources.
