Mr Joseph Winful is a renowned Business Consultant and past Senior Partner of KPMG with 38 years’ experience of corporate leadership, good governance, human resource and business improvement, policy development, analysis and project management to clients and project teams. His key areas of experience include strategic financial management, general performance improvement, implementation of financial management systems, human resource management, in addition to extensive professional practice.

Mr Winful retired in 2013 with a great deal of experience in Africa, his cultural awareness and personal approach to working with people is well received in different and challenging situations. Delivering core business objectives and getting ‘buy-in’ from his clients and project teams are paramount objectives in his work.

Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Wallace Winful Consulting, a firm specializing in restructuring/turnaround and capacity building.
