Miss Lamptey has a Master of Arts in Bilingual Translation from the University of Cape Coast, an MBA in Employee Relations from the University of Leicester, UK and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Classics from the University of Cape Coast. Miss Bernice Lamptey is an English-French bilingual with vast experience in administration and Human Resource Management. She is a dedicated Public Servant. She joined the Internal Audit Agency in 2013 where she worked in various capacities as a Human Resource Manager, Head of General Administration and is currently working in the capacities of a Senior Public Relations Manager and the Acting Secretary of Internal Audit Agency Board. Prior to working at the Internal Audit Agency, Miss Lamptey worked at Netto Foodstores Ltd, London (now ASDA) as an Assistant Store Manager. She was also a Human Resource Officer at the Suzuki and Mitsubishi Centre, Uxbridge, London. She was part of a consultancy team constituted by the Public Services Commission (PSC) of Ghana to carry out a human resource audit in public institutions from June to September 2015. She played a prominent role in the development of the maiden Internal Audit Agency Internal Newsletter in 2020 which is published weekly.
