Seth Gershon Kwame Anaglateis the Director of Field Operations Directorate under the Technical and Field Operations Department of the Internal Audit Agency. He is a Chartered Accountant with several years’ experience in Internal Auditing, Financial Auditing and Management. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA) and Holds a Diploma in Logistics and Transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT)

He served as the Financial Controller of the Volta Lake Transport Company Limited having worked as an Audit Supervisor at Ernst & Young Ghana (E/Y). he has also worked with Ghana China Foods Company Limited in Tema as the Accountant. He has worked with the Internal Audit Agency for more than 10 years in various capacities including being the Head of Planning Budgeting Monitoring and Evaluation (PBME), Head, Internal Audit and Head, Finance and Corporate Planning.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He served on a number of Audit Committees in varied capacities in the Public Service of Ghana.
