This department provides support services to all Internal Audit Agency Staff. It is made up of the following divisions:

Finance and Corporate Planning (FCP)

This division responsible for co-ordinating the development and monitoring of the Agency’s corporate business plans.  FCP is also responsible for the management of IAA’s financial accounting and reporting, treasury management and compliance with financial policies and procedures. FCP also have the responsibility of:

• Monitoring the level of achievement recorded by the Agency in its vision, mission and goals.
• Monitoring the implementation strategic goals and objectives
• Coordinating the preparation of Annual Reports.

FCP has various units under the division. These are;

• Treasury and Accounts
• Stores
• Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation (PBME)

Each of the above sections of the Operations Division is headed by a Sectional Head
