The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Directorate of the Internal Audit Agency facilitated an orientation and a training programme for the Board Members, Management Staff and Directors of Ghana Highway Authority (GHA) in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
The training programme was opened by Ing. I.K Mensah, the Board Chairman of the Authority on 3rd June 2023.
The purpose of the training programme was to assist the Authority’s Board members to acquire the requisite knowledge in risk management. The training also provided the Board Members and Management with the requisite skills and competencies to help them oversee the establishment of an effective risk management system.
The three-day training programme took place from 3rd -5th July 2023 at the Board room of the Authority.
