On 19th June 2025, a meeting was held between Management of the Agency and Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL) for the official handover of the renovated office premises.
Madam Deborah Boamah Yeboah, the Project Architect from AESL, initiated the discussion by inquiring about any outstanding issues concerning the building. In response, a member of the Renovation Committee, Mr. Quatada Mohammed detailed several concerns, notably relating to leakages, door locks, and water flow problems. Subsequently, Mr. Mohammed led a joint inspection team through the Agency to document the identified defects for swift correction.
The official handing over ceremony then took place. The project was officially transferred from the contractor to Madam Yeboah, the Project Architect, who in turn handed it over to the representative of the Office of the President, and finally to the Acting Director-General of the Internal Audit Agency.
In her closing remarks, Madam Yeboah on behalf of AESL expressed gratitude for the cooperative relationship with the Agency throughout the project.
The meeting ended with the Acting Director-General thanking all parties present, particularly AESL, for the work carried out. He requested continued collaboration and reassured them of a continued positive relationship.
