The Ministry of Finance in partnership with the Internal Audit Agency facilitated a sensitization workshop on Commitment Control and Expenditure Management Measures from 2nd – 3rd September 2025. The workshop brought together participants from various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). The workshop highlighted the vital role stakeholders play in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of public financial management laws, ultimately helping the government avoid judgment debts.
Mr. Abdul Usman Razak, Head of the Special Assignment Unit, made a presentation.

- Effective Expenditure Management: Implement controls to prevent unauthorized or irregular expenditures.
