On 28th and 30th April 2026, the Internal Audit Agency Review Panel (IAARP) engaged Management of the National Vaccine Institute (NVI) and Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GHAPOHA) respectively to deliberate on selected 2025 quarterly Internal Audit Reports.
The engagement forms part of IAARP’s oversight responsibility to review audit findings and ensure effective implementation of recommendations across public institutions. Discussions centered on key audit observations, management responses, and progress made in addressing identified control weaknesses. Emphasis was placed on strengthening internal controls, improving compliance with audit standards, and enhancing risk management practices to support institutional efficiency.
