The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Directorate of the Internal Audit Agency (IAA) has organised a two-day capacity-building training for staff of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). The training, held from 28th – 29th October 2025 at the CSIR Conference Room, forms part of the Agency’s continuous efforts to support covered entities in strengthening internal controls and promoting good governance.
Participants were taken through key areas of Enterprise Risk Management, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting, aimed at enhancing the Council’s capacity to establish an effective risk management system.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Senanu Mensah, Acting Director, TRME; and Mr. Quatada Nashiru Mohammed, Head of ERM; with support from Mr. Robert Logosu.
