The Ag. Director-General of the IAA in his speech, informed the meeting about reforms in the public sector space, such as the introduction of the Commitment Authorisation that requires public institutions to seek approval for procurement transactions beyond the Entity Tender Committee’s threshold. He also alluded to the quarterly submission of the Commitment Compliance Checklist Review Reports (CCCRR) by Heads of the Internal Audit Function.
