The Ag. Director-General of the Internal Audit Agency, Mr. Thomas A. Thompson-Aryee, swore in the Audit Committee of the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) on 18th November, 2025.
Prof. Emmanuel Ohene Afoakwa, Vice Chancellor of the University chaired the event. Ing. Divine D.K. Kpetigo, Council Chairman and Mr. Emmanuel Baidoo, Registrar of GCTU graced the occasion.
The Vice Chancellor in his opening remarks, lauded the previous Audit Committee for its sterling performance that culminated in the University being adjudged the best Audit Committee at the 2025 Annual Internal Audit Conference.
The Ag. Director-General in his speech, briefed the meeting of the Commitment Compliance Checklist Review Report (CCCRR) that Internal Auditors of public institutions are required to submit to the Internal Audit Agency on a quarterly basis.
