The Bono Regional Coordinating Council (BRCC) held a virtual inauguration of its new Audit Committee on 3rd December 2025. The ceremony opened with a prayer and introductions, followed by remarks from the Regional Coordinating Director, who highlighted the need for due diligence and assured the RCC’s support.
The Oath of Office was administered by Mr. Samuel Gyekye-Mensah, after which the new Audit Committee Chairperson pledged compliance with all governing laws.
Speaking on behalf of the Ag. Director-General of the IAA, Mr. Gyekye-Mensah cautioned members against regulatory breaches and emphasized the need to address audit infractions, implement recommendations, and collaborate effectively with internal and external auditors.
