At the closing session of the 2022 Internal Audit Conference, Hon. John Kumah, a Deputy Minister for Finance announced that the Ministry of Finance in partnership with the Internal Audit Agency has commenced a “name and shame” initiative which seeks to publish names of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) who fail to comply with the accountability requirements of the PFM Act, 2016 (Act 921) in the media.
