The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Directorate and the Technical Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (TRME) Directorate of the Internal Audit Agency (IAA) organised an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Leadership Training programme on 18th and 19th August 2026 at the True Vine Hotel in Kumasi.
The two-day programme brought together participants to enhance their understanding of Enterprise Risk Management and strengthen their capacity to effectively identify, assess, manage and monitor risks within their respective institutions.
